I agree with the comments below, I used to buy the same mascara before and the consistency was different, maybe they changed the formula. The mascara is dry, but you can still draw your lashes properly.

The mascara is good, but it looked slightly messy on my eyelashes, even though I applied a small amount.

I've been using this mascara for many years. After reading many negative reviews recently, I was a bit worried, but I still ordered it since mine had run out. It arrived as usual, good quality, doesn't flake, normal consistency as always, smell is normal. Thanks for the fast delivery)

It doesn't sprinkle on me (it rarely happens to me, but Dior and Clinique mascaras would sprinkle). It is easily removed with a glove. I have brown eyes - the dark brown color looks beautiful. It doesn't add contrast, which is what I want.

The result exceeded expectations. Despite the low price, it really lengthens the eyelashes, although it takes a few tries. I applied the mascara, let it dry, and applied another coat. Before this, I used Artdeco All in One, but decided to save money and so far, I don't regret it.
Great mascara! It separates each eyelash, lengthens it, and doesn't smudge. I give it 4 stars because it wasn't sealed with tape. Nevertheless, individual items should be sealed with tape.

There is no more drama. The consistency of the mascara is unique, it is not dry. The brush poorly coats the lashes, so big shot is a million times better. After reading the reviews, I decided to order mascara from the EU. The color is navy. It is packaged in factory cellophane. It is indeed a bit dry, but applies well. It lengthens the lashes, I apply it in two layers. I am fair-skinned, green-eyed, and a blonde, and this shade does not weigh down my look and is perfect for summer.
I deduct one star because I was expecting a slightly bluer shade, but in reality, it is more of a dark gray with a barely noticeable blue shimmer.

Guys, for those who need DRY mascara, go for the one from Europe. I got the brown one, it took a while to arrive but I'm satisfied with the quality. Even the liquid one is too much for me, I have to wipe off my lashes because there's a lot of leftover paint.
