The purpose of purchasing this shampoo was to get rid of the itchiness that occurs on the second day after washing, as recommended by a hairdresser. Personally, it did not work for me at all, the itching intensified, and my hair became greasy very quickly.

I purchased this shampoo along with the lotion (La Biosthetique Methode Vitalisante Lotion Ergines B) for dry scalp. I have been struggling with scalp peeling for a year now, and trichologists have given me products that effectively remove the peeling but dry out my scalp, causing excessive hair loss and redness on my forehead near the hairline or behind the ears.
This shampoo soothes the scalp very well and cleanses excellently. My hair feels smooth after using it (I also dye my hair with this brand's hair dye, although not for long). I wash my hair every two to three days, although I could wash it less frequently due to sports, workouts, and sweating.
I use the lotion like this: I wash my hair in the morning, go about my day, and apply the lotion in the evening (it doesn't make my hair greasy, by the way). I wake up in the morning with clean hair that styles well. If I don't have any sports activities in the evening, I can go for a third day without washing.
I have only been using it for 2 weeks, but my scalp is much better. It doesn't itch or peel anymore. There is still a little peeling on the back of my head and slightly below, but it's nothing compared to what it used to be.
