The cleansing facial tonic by Polish brand Celia is designed for effective daily care of aging skin of face, neck and décolleté zone. The main ingredient is Collagen. It creates powerful rejuvenating and regenerating effects, so the toner not only cleanses, but also provides the skin with gentle care.
The cleansing toner gently removes makeup, makeup remover residues and other impurities. It cleanses pores and prepares the skin for further care. It has anti-inflammatory properties, soothes irritation, reduces redness, providing the skin with a comfortable and well-groomed condition. It does not feel on the face, does not leave a sticky or greasy feeling.

I have bought this tonic many times, alternating with others, but I always come back to it. Just a very-very cool tonic, nothing more to say. Not sure about its rejuvenating effect, but you can't achieve rejuvenation with just one tonic :).
