Good shampoo, cleans well, but I still wash my hair every day. The scent is pleasant and unobtrusive - just right for me. I bought it together with the conditioner from the same line, but it's better to choose a restoring or damaged hair type, as the hair feels a bit stiff.
I always wanted to try this series, but the price was biting. I bought it on discount and I am very satisfied with the result. I put my Matrix aside. A large bottle came out at an affordable price, the quality is good.

In terms of personal experience, it is neither soft nor harsh, it has a strange jelly-like consistency. The only pleasant thing about it is the scent - there is indeed tea tree oil, and the herbal smell is appropriate.

The shampoo is amazing, I use it together with the conditioner, also from CHI, but with pomegranate extract, as there was no stock of the same series. I want to say that it is the best investment for my hair. The shampoo, along with the conditioner, does not weigh down my hair, makes them smooth, straight, and incredibly pleasant to touch. Of course, the lower layer of hair gets greasy, but there is no feeling that I need to wash my hair on the top layer.
