I really liked it, but there's something wrong with the translation. I was told that 4 spoons for a bath at 40 degrees Celsius, taking a bath for 20 minutes. Here, the description only mentions exfoliation and wiping onto the skin. Maybe it can be used like regular salt, but what I liked the most was washing my hair with this salty water, leaving it silky without conditioner.
