Wash your hair with shampoo and towel dry.
Put on disposable gloves.
Wrap the damp hair around curlers, being careful not to pull or stretch it.
Apply the lotion immediately after wrapping the hair on the curlers. Apply the lotion three times to each curler for even saturation.
Cover your entire head with a hood. Do not apply heat.
Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Rinse the lotion out for at least 5 minutes.
