I didn't buy it here, it doesn't smooth out wrinkles at all, but the product doesn't leave a film, it absorbs well, pleasant smell. I have a question regarding the bottle - why is it so inconvenient??? Is there a similar product with a normal container, or is it impossible to come up with a different bottle? The inconvenient dispensing of this product is really frustrating!!! Rating 2 solely because of the bottle!!! After a week of use, it simply clogged up - because the base is very greasy, I had to remove the dispenser to get the balm. For this price, you can't get a balm because the dispenser clogs up right away... it's some kind of company's flaw!
I bought this balm for the first time abroad because it is a familiar brand. I specifically wanted an anti-aging product, and this one contains retinol, although it is weak. I am 39 years old and have sensitive combination skin that is prone to breakouts. The product is very pleasant and convenient to use thanks to its simple bottle with a dispenser. The cream's consistency is slightly greasy, similar to a balm, and it has a light scent (not strong and pleasant to me). I did not experience any negative effects from it (breakouts or redness), and it does an excellent job of adding firmness to the skin. I usually apply it over a moisturizing serum. I never layer it with another cream, but every few days I rotate and use something moisturizing instead (an overnight mask). I always apply SPF in the morning. For the summer, I will probably choose a lighter product, but I plan to repurchase it for the next cold season.
The cream has a strong smell and a yellowish color. It didn't provide enough relief for me. I didn't understand this product.
I love Avene, I have tried almost everything, but this cream didn't work for me. I am 28 years old, with normal skin without acne, prone to dehydration. This cream doesn't moisturize at all (my main Avene product is the Avene Léger SPF60). It tightened my wrinkles, but my skin feels very dry afterwards. It has a quite strong scent for a night cream. I received it as a gift, but if I had bought it myself, I would have been disappointed.
The cream is simply amazing, after 2 applications the skin of the face noticeably tightened, I really liked the effect, I am completely satisfied with the purchase.
