This is the best cream. What they wrote below about the smell giving a headache is nonsense. It has a regular cosmetic smell. The effect on oily skin is great, very light and perfect as a base for the day. I only buy this one now. Because oily skin also needs moisturizing, not just constant use of acids.
I haven't found a better cream yet.
This was one of the most expensive creams I have bought. I didn't like the smell - it was very overpowering. At first, it even gave me a headache, but over time I got used to it or the scent dissipated a bit.
The texture is very thick, so it doesn't spread easily with just a few finger swipes.
I didn't notice any results, so I will be trying other products for oily and problematic skin.
Velvet skin
I have very oily skin in the T-zone. The cream is not bad, but the result from Academie is not different from the results from La Roche-Posay. In addition, it has a very persistent smell. I like fragrances, but only those that quickly dissipate, and this miracle even competes with Chanel or Carolina Herrera perfume throughout the day, until I wash it off. I will not buy it again. I decided to try Bioderma for variety. If it doesn't work, I will go back to my favorite La Roche-Posay.
Quickly absorbs, doesn't leave a film. My skin is prone to breakouts, and it reacted well to the cream. But I feel like it lacks moisture. And the downside is the jar - it's huge, heavy, and I was afraid to drop it in the sink, so I had to transfer the cream into a container with a dispenser.
