I did not like it, neither the shampoo nor the conditioner. The smell is like household soap after washing, and the consistency is very watery for a conditioner.
The balm is nothing special.... I'm disappointed... It didn't work for me. Especially for this price.... I do not recommend it. It doesn't moisturize the hair at all.
I didn't like it. The consistency is very thin, and the scent is not to everyone's liking. Personally, I didn't enjoy it, but that's not the main issue. When you rinse the product off, your hair starts tangling and feels stiff. It's also difficult to comb your hair after showering. Overall, it doesn't deliver on the promised hair manageability. I'll try it again, but for now, I can't recommend it.

The conditioner itself is very liquid, there is no production date or expiration date on the bottle. Disappointed with the makeup!
