I bought it not here, but abroad, so there are no doubts that the perfumes are original. However, there is one problem - there is no sillage, the scent is very light only on clothes. I thought it was just me, but no one can smell it, no one. I smelled them on another person, and it was great, there was sillage and everything as it should be. I don't know why it happened to me like this. The only thing I can say is that I have a 35 ml bottle.
I didn't buy it here, but I want to leave a review. These perfumes surprised me, although I didn't understand them at first sniff. At first, you apply it and it seems like nothing special, just a cute sweet scent of a little rooster. It creates an associative image of a little cute girl with bows, and I was already disappointed, thinking "what a sweet candy-like nonsense." And then suddenly... this sweetish scent smoothly fades away and out of nowhere - bandages, blood, operating room, iodine... it smells, excuse me, like death... these associations with Baccarat Rouge are like a cute little girl with pigtails, who unexpectedly changes her face, takes out a huge knife from behind and attacks.
Once you experience this scent, you will never forget it, you can recognize it among a million others. Personally, I like it, not wow, but not bad. It's a blend of medicine and something sweet with spices. The longevity is unreal. But it's some kind of crazy popularity. I was recently at a restaurant and 80% of women smelled like Bakkaroo. It's everywhere, on the streets, in the subway. Maybe they are fake ones, but it's madness with this scent))).

Personally, I don't have this perfume in my collection. Baccarat Rouge 540 is a well-known name, but I wasn't particularly interested in it. However, I started noticing that I often hear women wearing an interesting fragrance, and I couldn't resist asking for its name. There hasn't been a day when I haven't heard about it, and I kept asking again, and they would mention different names, but they all said it was a clone of "Baccarat...". I only hear it on women in the city, although its masculinity is clearly present. The sillage was noticeable for me, at a distance of about two outstretched arms, but the duration of the sillage also depends on the time of application. I have never written reviews about women's perfumes, but this year it has been a real "invasion". Would I get it for myself? - I don't know, initially I thought about purchasing it. I must say, I really like it.
The smell is disgusting!
I bought BR 540 in a tester, a white box made of textured thick cardboard, a neatly crafted massive bottle topped with a heavy lid, which is gray on the inside (in the fake version, the lid color inside is black). The tube is not visible even when held up to the light, that's how transparent it is. Pure authentic. I don't know who smells like a pharmacy and so on, but to me it smells like exotic caramel with petals of Egyptian jasmine, in a light cloud warmed by the sun of pine resin. An amber-honey trail with a slight roughness of tobacco smoke. Not a masterpiece, but on par with cult perfumes, it just has to be in the collection.
Well, at first I really liked the scent, but after about a week, it seemed to me that I could smell iodine, cigarettes, or even old dried flowers... So unfortunately, I no longer like it and I think it is more masculine than feminine.

I bought the perfume and the extract, applied only two sprays maximum, and everyone was amazed by the sillage. Then I got sick with COVID-19, and everything changed. It has been a year and a half since the illness, but the fragrance is still repulsive to me, the scent has become unpleasant. I simply cannot perceive that sweet, intoxicating perfume anymore, now it is a very sharp and disgusting scent to me. It brings me to tears. I had hoped that after some time, I would start to perceive it as before, but it has been more than a year and a half, and it still hasn't happened.

How I got acquainted with them - my aunt came to visit me in Poland from Holland... and you could smell her from a kilometer away... after she stayed with me for a day... the smell on her clothes just stayed strong, I was incredibly surprised, all this time she couldn't smell it herself... but I could... it's incredibly long-lasting... and for me, the scent is like a seductive, feminine, sexy trail of sweet champagne, just bombastic... bought a decant) it's amazing.
A fragrance for a solid four. Interesting, it unfolds nicely into notes, has a noticeable trail, and average longevity. As with any niche perfume, it's important not to overdo it to avoid distorting your own image and suffocating everything around you. At the start, for the first half an hour, on my skin, Baccarat sat quite heavily like a urological department of a rural hospital, but then it opened up into a gourmand scent with balanced woody notes. This perfume is not an everyday scent for me, it's more suitable for evenings and colder seasons. I can't imagine it on men. The price is quite extravagant.

I took off one star for the unreasonably high price. Yes, the scent is good. I am one of those who doesn't associate it with iodine and bandages. Most likely, this perfume idea from the maestro will work better on warm or hot skin - all the notes will harmonize. But on cool skin, those infamous bandages and iodine may appear. I had a travel set of three vials - received it as a gift unexpectedly. The scent is good, in the sense that its idea is original, which is not often encountered nowadays. It is long-lasting, with a strong sillage, and vibrant. Whether to buy it or not is a personal choice, but I would recommend starting with a decant. In this case, it is a justified expense, considering the cost of the bottle. As for the fragrance itself, it is warm, jasmine-saffron, with a non-indolic jasmine. Oud is used sparingly. I also detect a mix of other notes and a light balsamic quality (in a European rather than Amouage style).

An important point - there was an option to buy at a well-known store, but for some reason, the new perfume smelled of alcohol and the scent was barely noticeable (consultants repeated that the scent needs to settle and be experienced in darkness, silence, etc.), here I just opened the packaging and my apartment was filled with the scent)))) I don't know which batch it is, but if you're looking for that old Baccarat, you can get it here.

My husband and I were choosing perfumes at the Swiss Arabian Arab store, and there he smelled the Gharaam fragrance and was amazed, his face changed right away, he was so delighted with it! It turned out that someone from his surroundings had that scent and he was amazed by it, but didn't know what fragrance it was, and then it hit him. But I didn't like it right away, so we bought another one, and the man eagerly smelled it on my wrist all day, and by the end of the evening, I even sniffed it myself. I started reading about it and accidentally found a comment that it is actually a cheaper Eastern version of Francis's 540 fragrance... I became curious and ordered a small sample of Kurkdjian... and oh my god, it turned out to be the same! In general, the perfumes are exquisite, after some time I met with a friend who also had this 540 Kurkdjian, and in front of me, three men complimented her on her perfume, they're somehow magical! It's like how Axe used to be the red men's fragrance that women swooned over..)) But I realized that there's no point in paying more, because Gharaam by Swiss Arabian lasted for two days, even after two showers, and they are three times cheaper. Try it yourself, I'm sure you'll be shocked too.

I didn't like the scent at all. Of course, it's a matter of personal taste, but I don't understand how such an expensive fragrance can sound so cheap. It's also overwhelming and difficult to tolerate, especially when using it in transportation in the morning.
Besides ethyl maltol, I don't detect any bandages or candies in it, only suffocating, chemical synthetic sugar and a faint hint of naphthalene.

I can slightly sense the strawberry with cream, but also a bit of pine needles :) As for bandages and iodine, I heard about that later, and it was on my clothes!
