Thank you, Makeup, for the timely delivery! As for the balm, it's decent, but nothing more. I bought it as part of a set with the shampoo from the same series and a mask. It's a decent product, but not better than "mass-market" options - for example, L'Oreal 6 oils. I have slightly wavy hair, and after using Wella Oil Reflections Luminous, it tends to frizz a bit. I didn't notice the shine I was expecting.

I love it! You need just a tiny bit if the product, and it's enough for me. It feels like a balm, melting and covering all the hair, easy to spread. Easily fix dry and damaged hair, give it a healthy shiny look.

Wonderful conditioner. The consistency is like a mask, not watery. After using it, my hair is soft and shiny, and it has a nice perfume smell. The only downside is that it has a pretty high consumption rate.

The balm is not bad, but definitely not worth the money. My undyed, fluffy hair just became softer, it didn't become shinier and the ends remained fluffy.

Excellent conditioner! I leave it on for 3-4 minutes - my hair becomes smooth and soft afterwards. The smell is also pleasant, delicate and sweet. I have highlighted thin hair in good condition.

For my hair (long, not thick, natural, slightly lightened at the ends, which makes them dry) - I haven't found a better conditioner. Leave it on for 2-5 minutes and comb through easily, while the hair shines and styles well. It has a cumulative effect (I've been using it for over a year). The scent is simply the best, like an expensive but non-intrusive perfume, which stays on the hair until the next wash. It's such a pity that it's currently out of stock, I'm really disappointed because I didn't plan on changing it.

I have my natural, uncolored hair, but my hairdresser recommended this product for moisturizing the ends. I didn't like it, it's not cost-effective. For this price, you can find cheaper and more beneficial products.
