Creamy Face Highlighter - Maybelline Face Studio Master Strobing Liquid
The highlighter is not very good. I only use it for my collarbones. On the face, it feels like glue. I am disappointed.
I bought this highlighter because I had read positive reviews about it. I have tried a hundred ways to apply it and have only found success in blending it with my fingers. When I try to apply it differently, it ends up looking patchy, like the layers of a matryoshka doll. Additionally, I was unpleasantly surprised by the pink undertone, which does not suit me at all during winter. So, I only use the highlighter on my tanned skin and then it works great.
At first, I also struggled with it, but through trial and error, I realized that it's best to apply it with a brush, after lightly spraying it with water. This way, it spreads evenly and provides a decent glow. I put dots on my face using the tube and then spray the brush with water to blend it in.
I bought this delicate highlighter specifically to mix it with my foundation. I am satisfied with it.
I really wanted this highlighter. But after receiving it, I was immediately disappointed. It isn't very noticeable, you need skill to blend it. I regretted buying it, but after a few days of practice, I found the right amount and how to apply it correctly. I give it 4 stars.
Pros of the highlighter: perfect for daytime makeup, for summer. Very subtle glow. Transparent pink shade. I have dry skin. It is long-lasting. It is still visible after 7 hours of application.
Cons: it does have a slightly higher consumption rate. As I mentioned before, it is meant for daytime makeup, but it requires more product compared to others. Although the Maybelline tube is not small.
Tips: if you want a product for evening makeup, this one may not be suitable. If you have oily skin, I think it will last for about three hours. If you have a darker complexion, this shade may not be suitable for you. It simply won't be visible. I have fair skin, and now that I have a slight tan, I need to apply it well for it to show. Not just a drop.
If you are going to test it in the store, do not test it on your hand. It looks completely different on the face.
Overall, it is a decent product for everyday use. It worked well for my skin, it is long-lasting. And there is a good discount on it now.

The color is beautiful, but it doesn't have large sparkles. It looks nice on my skin for the first five minutes. However, after that, it starts to crumble and the highlighter remains in chunks on the skin, unfortunately.
It shines just okay. When you first apply it to your skin, everything is great. But after some time, the highlighter sets and stops being as bright. 3 out of 5. There are better products for this price.
This highlighter caused subcutaneous breakouts on the areas where it was applied, so I do not recommend it. The color of this product is very beautiful, but the condition of the skin is more important!

I wanted a somewhat bright highlighter that is called "like on Instagram," and I thought maybe this one would be suitable because when I tried it on my hand, it was bright. Yes, it does set quickly, but if you distribute it properly and quickly, it's actually a plus because it's very long-lasting. The shade is beautiful, the shine is natural, and you only need a tiny drop, so it seems like it will last a very long time :) Before this, I used the liquid highlighter from Inglot, which costs around 350 UAH. Maybelline turned out to be better in terms of longevity and naturalness.
