Does not irritate or dry out the skin (I have combination skin), soothes redness and heals acne spots - beauty and inflammation in those areas disappear faster. There is a scent, but it is just a cosmetic and unobtrusive one. The bottle is heavy and without a dispenser, which is not convenient for me - I transferred it to another bottle. Overall, a good product.
