It is difficult to style hair with a brush, it sticks together like after applying hairspray, impossible to comb.
The product didn't work for me. My hair becomes dry, clumpy, with an effect similar to cheap hair spray.
This product is suitable for my hair (I have thin natural hair). It slightly thickens, doesn't make it static, and has a pleasant but not strong smell. It's perfect for me.
I just bought it recently and for the first time. I will share my observations. I have very thick, medium-length hair that I constantly dye (I also transitioned from dark brown to blonde) - the ends are dry and brittle. I have been using heat protection spray on almost semi-dry hair after washing; then I blow-dry it very well. (I tried using it on fairly wet hair, but I didn't like the feeling at all). And voila, my hair is easy to comb through. And how can we do without volume (probably it's natural volume) and not from the spray. I recommend the spray, but the price is very high for 30 ml - it costs about 200 UAH.
Disgusting product. I have thin, dry hair that needs moisture. When I applied the product, I could barely comb through it.

I always use professional cosmetics, mostly L'Oreal Professionnel, they have good heat styling products, BUT I liked CHI more.
Yes, it weighs down the hair, but I like the effect, it removes frizziness from the hair! The hair becomes denser and the cuticles close. It weighs it down, meaning it doesn't make it greasy if you use it correctly))) I definitely recommend it, also, the CHI Keratin oil is great too, I've been using it for the second year and I'm very satisfied)) The make-up delivery is excellent!
Excellent spray! I saw it for the first time and used it at the salon when cutting the ends with a straightener. I liked the result, so I decided to order it. The effect is just like at the salon.
I apply it on my palms and distribute it on wet hair, only on the length, NOT ON THE ROOTS! Before blow-drying, then on already dry hair (if I use a straightener), I divide the strands, spray a little, comb it through, and immediately straighten with a straightener. The effect is amazing - soft, shiny, manageable hair! You only need a tiny bit of it and distribute it evenly on the hair, not pouring it all over your head. And then the effect is very worthy!
I ordered the spray from another website, but I am satisfied with the spray. My hair is dyed blonde, but after using the spray they remain soft and completely non-sticky. The scent of the spray is subjective, not really my preference... it reminds me more of a masculine scent.

Of all the heat protectants I've tried, this one is the worst so far. The smell is unpleasant and it feels like my hair is very dry, especially at the ends. It has the texture of a styling product, but it doesn't actually provide any hold. My hair still gets frizzy as usual in humid weather.

I used this protection for a long time and it was annoying, thinking that my hair was falling out because of over-bleaching. Since it was my first thermal protection, I thought maybe it would have been worse without it. I let my friend use it once, and she was shocked by what this spray did to her hair. I don't use it anymore and my hair has stopped breaking so badly.

I have soft, frizzy, and curly hair. I buy this spray specifically for beautiful curls - I spray it on dry hair and my hair immediately curls up and becomes more defined))) It also slightly holds the curls, like hairspray. If I can't find a product without the holding effect, I will come back to this one.
I read reviews and ordered this product. I have previously used CHI shampoo and conditioner and was satisfied. But this heat protection is just awful. I have used the heat protection from the GAMMA brand before and was very happy with it. CHI turned out to be a complete failure. The smell is not great either. But the worst part is that it clumps my hair together, they become like icicles. After reading reviews that you should only apply a very small amount, I have been spraying no more than 3 times, but they still stick together. In the end, you buy a heat protection product that needs to be applied very sparingly, but it still clumps certain parts of the hair. I do not recommend it.

I liked the product. It performs as advertised. I only apply it to wet hair. If applied to dry hair, it makes the hair sticky. It is also very economical, I have been using it for 5 months and have not even used half of it (I wash my hair daily). The smell is not great, but it does not linger on the hair after drying.
