I would also like to add that the best effect from this shampoo for me came from the method of reverse hair washing. That is, first I use conditioner on wet hair (also from Matrix, the volume series), and then I apply the shampoo. This same principle also works for toning lightened hair, so I recommend trying this method for a better toning effect and removing unwanted shades.
Great shampoo, I have roots with a shade of 8.1 and lengths with a shade of 9-10. The roots often wash out to a copper undertone, while the lightened lengths turn yellow. This shampoo effectively removes both the copper and yellow tones. The hair becomes cool-toned without any excessive purple. It seems like this shampoo has a cumulative effect because the longer you use it, the more noticeable the effect becomes. A big plus is that it doesn't dry out the hair like other toning shampoos in the mass market. I will definitely buy it again, along with other Matrix products and shampoos.

I'm going from black to blonde, with the intermediate stage being red. What I want to say is that the copper washes out well after the first wash. I use it together with a blue mask (conditioner). I leave the shampoo on for 10 minutes, then the mask for 10 minutes. But the bathtub and hands will turn blue. So be careful.
I bought shampoo and a mask. The packaging indicates that it is a series for dark blonde and brunette shades. I have a dark blonde with a hint of red, so it should have been a perfect match. After the first use, there was no effect on my hair, even though I kept the shampoo on my head for 5 minutes and the mask for 10 minutes using a timer (before that, I towel-dried my hair). The copper shade remained the same, absolutely no neutralization, nothing changed at all. I will continue testing it, hoping that it will work better next time and have a cumulative effect. But for now, I am disappointed.
Liked it, it slightly dries, which is what I wanted, but not as much as L'Oreal, Estel, or Concept. Washes out well. The color became less coppery and slightly cooler.

I bought shampoo and a mask. The purpose of the purchase was to get rid of the yellow tint on my hair after the airtouch technique. The shampoo and mask are blue in color. They have a smell of paint. The whole bathroom will be covered in blue splashes. It does remove the yellow tint, but not for long. I do not recommend using these products every 3 days. As a gift with this order, I received a small bottle of Total Results Keep Me Vivid Shampoo - I alternate it with the blue shampoo. I liked the gift bottle more, as my hair feels like after a salon treatment. Styling is easy. The scent is great. I will only use the blue matrix for getting rid of the yellow tint, not for daily hair washing. It is not a shampoo, but a toner for colored hair, even though it can be washed off. The mask is the same, it lacks any nourishing substances for the hair.

The shampoo may give an effect for blondes, but for my light brown shade (7-8 tone), nothing has changed. My hair was ginger before and it remains the same. I washed it three times every other day, leaving it on for 10 minutes each time, but I don't see any noticeable change.

Shampoo is nothing special, tonic (amethyst) better removes yellowness. My head started itching after using it (during washing). The shampoo label said I should do an allergy test and wait 48 hours, which I ignored and regretted. As for the effectiveness: Some of my hair, which was previously bleached, became a bluish shade, that's all the effect I got. I don't recommend the shampoo, it's not worth the money, Tonique "Amethyst" is much more effective.

I am not satisfied with this shampoo at all! It made my hair strands too light and turned them blue. The redness on the top of my head did not go away and my hair ended up with a dark shade. I do not recommend it! Matrix products are good for coloring, but this shampoo does not fulfill its function and also damages the hair.

Before, I used to go to the salon every 1.5 months to tone my bleached hair with a cool shade. Now, I bought this shampoo and no longer waste money in salons, don't overdry or overheat my hair, and don't waste time. I wash my hair once a week with this shampoo, leave it on for 5 minutes, and feel satisfied as if I've just left the salon. It gives a nice cool shade and removes any yellowing.
I use the shampoo and conditioner as a toner. If I leave it on for about 7-10 minutes, it tones quite well and gently. I only use it when I need to add shade to my hair.
It makes hair greasy and doesn't wash out well.
The shampoo is quite thick, lathers well, and has a pleasant scent. If you leave it on for about 10 minutes, your hair will slightly acquire an ash-violet shade. However, it doesn't work well on red hair. On the other hand, it turns yellow hair blue. But a conditioner is necessary because it is difficult to comb through just with the shampoo.
