I would also like to add that the best effect from this shampoo for me came from the method of reverse hair washing. That is, first I use conditioner on wet hair (also from Matrix, the volume series), and then I apply the shampoo. This same principle also works for toning lightened hair, so I recommend trying this method for a better toning effect and removing unwanted shades.
Great shampoo, I have roots with a shade of 8.1 and lengths with a shade of 9-10. The roots often wash out to a copper undertone, while the lightened lengths turn yellow. This shampoo effectively removes both the copper and yellow tones. The hair becomes cool-toned without any excessive purple. It seems like this shampoo has a cumulative effect because the longer you use it, the more noticeable the effect becomes. A big plus is that it doesn't dry out the hair like other toning shampoos in the mass market. I will definitely buy it again, along with other Matrix products and shampoos.

Worst shampoo, it doesn't tone anything, hair feels like straw, hands, and bathtub turn blue.
I'm going from black to blonde, with the intermediate stage being red. What I want to say is that the copper washes out well after the first wash. I use it together with a blue mask (conditioner). I leave the shampoo on for 10 minutes, then the mask for 10 minutes. But the bathtub and hands will turn blue. So be careful.
I bought shampoo and a mask. The packaging indicates that it is a series for dark blonde and brunette shades. I have a dark blonde with a hint of red, so it should have been a perfect match. After the first use, there was no effect on my hair, even though I kept the shampoo on my head for 5 minutes and the mask for 10 minutes using a timer (before that, I towel-dried my hair). The copper shade remained the same, absolutely no neutralization, nothing changed at all. I will continue testing it, hoping that it will work better next time and have a cumulative effect. But for now, I am disappointed.
Liked it, it slightly dries, which is what I wanted, but not as much as L'Oreal, Estel, or Concept. Washes out well. The color became less coppery and slightly cooler.
Ideal shampoo!!! I've been using it for years. It doesn't dry out the hair, tones perfectly (I'm a blonde), and applies evenly. This is my favorite.

Removes the red undertone, not completely of course, but the color changes and each time the hair color becomes different after washing. In principle, I am satisfied, I combine it with Matrix Total Results Brass Off Conditioner or apple cider vinegar and my hair looks very good!

I really liked the shampoo, it evenly tones, doesn't darken, doesn't leave stains, super quality, gently removes the unpleasant yellow-orange color.
The shampoo is really cool, BUT I have a problem. Some parts of my hair have turned purple, while others have become more violet, as if a blind person dyed my hair.
The first impression after a single use - a decent shampoo for the money. It doesn't dry out or make the hair frizzy, and it smells pleasant. I applied it without gloves and it stained my hands blue a little, but the dye washed off quickly. After coloring the roots with a new dye, there was a noticeable difference in hair color - "brassy" roots and lightened ends. I didn't want to tone it again with semi-permanent dye since my hair is already damaged from years of coloring. The Brass off shampoo, combined with the conditioner from the same series, removed the warm tone from the roots and made them lighter. Of course, the lighter strands acquired an ash tone, but overall, the hair color became more attractive. I think that with regular use, the color will become more even. I kept the shampoo and conditioner on my hair for about 2 minutes.

This shampoo was recommended by a hairdresser. I have highlights, and with this shampoo, there is no yellowing at all, a very pleasant tone. I use it constantly. One bottle of this lasts me a year! It lathers well!
I didn't see any results at all. I left it on my hair for about 3 minutes, but nothing changed. However, as a regular shampoo, I have no complaints - my hair feels nice. But using it just to wash the hair without toning is quite a hassle - gloves, purple splashes, and foam everywhere.
This is a very cool shampoo! It actually tones to an ashy color, neutralizing any yellowness. I bought the 1000 ml size, it's economical, as I use it every 4 washes with regular shampoo. Now I will order it regularly.
