Those who regularly dye their hair are well aware that colour can adversely affect the health and appearance of the hair. Therefore, many people look for a good treatment to protect their curls from aggressive chemical exposure. Professionals of the American brand Olaplex have created a special complex that allows you to protect strands from the harmful effects of chemicals, and a compact format is an excellent option for travel and business trips.
Benefits of Olaplex Bond Multiplier:
- suitable for coloured and damaged hair;
- protects hair from the negative effects of chemical agents and mechanical damage;
- prevents the aggressive influence of high temperatures;
- equipped with a convenient dispenser;
- can be used for salon procedures;
- has a reddish tint.Benefits of Olaplex Bond Perfector:
- suitable for coloured and damaged hair;
- improves the effect of dyeing;
- maintains a spectacular perm;
- intended for application immediately after the colouring procedure;
- has a liquid cream texture;
- designed for professional and home use.
I have purchased this product before and everything was fine, but the last time it was all fake! The shampoo is not thick, it's like water! The scent is similar but not the same! The Olaplex dye set is completely different in color and texture! And it doesn't fulfill its functions! It doesn't protect the hair during dyeing and it doesn't provide intensive restoration! I am very disappointed, the money is wasted, and now I have no trust in the authenticity of products from make up.
"When hair stretches and breaks in wet condition, it works great."
I will start by saying that this product is not recommended for home use, so I strongly disagree with the review left by the girl. The product does have an effect, and I do not use it at home (since I am not a professional or a master stylist-colorist who understands proportions). I get my coloring and toning done at the salon with the addition of Olaplex. And my hair shines and feels soft, not just because of the styling (I have had different hairstyles done at the salon, including braids and straight styles, and my hair was still soft). Furthermore, my hair remains soft even after three hair washes.
My hair is bleached blonde, and the salon has been using the second and first formulations on my hair for about three years. During this time, I have grown out my hair from a short asymmetrical style (which was previously dyed blonde from black, which was also dyed) to shoulder length. Adding Olaplex during coloring helps better maintain the hair's structure, which has been proven over these three years, as I was never able to grow out my hair before (it was stiff, breaking, and falling out).
For home use, it is better to use formulations 3/6/7. Alternatively, you can use the mask/shampoo/conditioner (4,5,8).
I want to leave a review after six months of use. Given: Blonde, well-groomed, not damaged. Hair is thick, porous, wavy. Professional care. So, after six months, I can confidently say that this product is not worth its money. It is greatly exaggerated by the marketers of this company. There is no difference in effect, a good mask and shampoo can achieve the same result. In general, there is no difference whether you use it or not. I do not recommend it. Unless you have nowhere else to spend your money. By the way, I can tell those who defend it that it is usually used in salons. And the effect is not from the product itself, but from blow-drying and styling, or using a brush or straighteners. This way, the cuticle is smoothed and the hair looks well-groomed. In general, it is a pointless product.
