The adhesive is baking, so it's not recommended to stick it too close to the eyes. It says 2 pieces, I thought it meant for two times, but no, there are only two pieces - one for each eye.
I accidentally bought these patches in Poland and I really liked them. I found them in the makeup section. You shouldn't expect any magic from them, but I like the cooling and soothing effect. It's important not to forget that they need to be chilled in the refrigerator =)
