Before applying soap, soak feet in warm water for a few minutes to soften skin. Rub gently over wet skin to remove dead skin before rinsing off with water. Pat dry with a tissue or towel and apply moisturizer. Rinse the pumice stone under running water to remove any remaining skin and leave to air-dry after each use.
Probably it is not as effective as metal Foot files, but if the feet are not very keratinized, then it is quite suitable for preventive use and maintaining skin softness. Must be used on dry skin. And then you can do scrub and peeling
I do not recommend it. When used, it crumbles like sand. It is fragile, can be easily broken by hand.
