I buy it regularly for my husband. It's a good shampoo. The hair becomes silky and has a pleasant smell.

I have been using this brand for over 10 years. Everything was great. But in the past year, I had to change the shampoo. After washing my hair, red spots appear on my face. Well, they go away within 30-50 minutes. I changed the shampoo, thinking that I got a defective batch, and bought it again after 3 months. This time it was the one with menthol. Unfortunately, the situation with the red face repeated itself!
Received the "Menthol" shampoo instead of the 2 in 1, everything is in normal condition, I won't exchange it, just wanted to point out that I am already the second person writing this review. My last order was a 100% disappointment. I have been using only Head & Shoulders for several years and have always been satisfied. I have light, non-dyed hair, and it has become very dull, dry, and quickly becomes oily. I used to wash my hair twice a week, now I have to do it every day. Even after washing, it doesn't look fresh. The same situation is happening to everyone in my household. I believe there may have been a defective batch. Makeup - as always, everything is great (ordering, delivery), but the shampoo is disappointing. I would appreciate it if the store pays attention to my review and replaces the defective shampoo.
