Smooths, moisturizes very well, hair feels cool to the touch.
Softens nicely, but the packaging is not convenient. You have to apply force to squeeze out the balm, but the quality is great.
I buy it for my mom (she has been using it for a year) and she likes the result - silky and shiny hair. It didn't work for me.

This is a fantastic balm for its price, its effect is comparable to masks that cost 500+ UAH, even though it doesn't require leaving it on: the hair is moisturized, soft, and pleasant to the touch.
At first, I wasn't thrilled because I had to squeeze out a lot of product for my length (waist-length hair). There was no slip, unlike when applying regular conditioner. I always leave it on for about 5 minutes and then rinse.
At this stage, I realized that the conditioner wasn't so bad after all. My hair felt soft and was easy to comb through. There is a slight scent, but it's very light and not noticeable on the hair. I have now switched to another conditioner and my hair has become a little dry. Today, I used up the remaining of this one and I am surprised that my hair feels moisturized and nice.
So overall, I recommend it, but I personally prefer conditioners in bottles with a pump or simply with a cap. Also, it has a high usage rate, so that's a downside for me.
For its price, it is a decent alternative to expensive products.
Very good hair balm, the indication that it is concentrated is completely true. It detangles the hair VERY well, leaving it soft, manageable, and super smooth without any greasiness. I have been buying different shampoos and balms from Belarusians for over three years, but this product is beyond praise.

I bought it based on the comments and because I didn't have the one I used before. NOTHING. It doesn't make a difference whether I use it or not. Many people write that the smell is great, but there is no smell at all. Maybe it's defective, or maybe it's just not the same as before...
I bought this balm not on MakeUp, but I still want to leave a review. At first, I didn't like the balm because I didn't see any noticeable results after using it. Then I realized that I was not applying it correctly. I used to apply it immediately after washing on wet hair, left it on for 2-3 minutes, and then rinsed it off. Later on, I started applying the balm on towel-dried hair, left it on for 20-30 minutes, and then the results were there! My hair became soft, moisturized, and had a pleasant scent. And a big plus is that the balm doesn't make the hair greasy. Therefore, I can confidently recommend it. It's a very good balm at an affordable price.

I bought it for the second time. The first time, it was the best balm I have ever tried. But when I bought it for the second time, something was off. I realized it as soon as I opened it because there was absolutely no smell. And it didn't have any effect... I hope I got a defective one. And they didn't ruin such an amazing balm.
Personally, I did not notice any special effect on my hair, it is better than nothing at all. I achieved better results with other conditioners. However, I wouldn't choose it again. The consistency is more liquid compared to other conditioners I have tried.

Nothing special. I have thin wavy hair that is a bit dry, prone to frizz, and very lightweight, so any breeze can make my hair fly away. This conditioner does nothing for me. Whether I use it or not, it doesn't make a difference. Maybe it will be more suitable for normal hair, so I will give it to my mom.

Unlike the conditioner - the spray and the oil for the ends from this series did not suit at all.
I prefer the masks in this series in terms of consistency, as the balm is thinner, but it still detangles the hair well. The scent is pleasant.

I tried it only once so far, I can't say anything bad. It does the job well, my hair is easy to comb through and they look more voluminous. I like it. They also included a little gift, thank you. It's cute and nice. The courier was polite and good.
