I placed an order 2 days before the delivery date and immediately paid with my card. As a result, I had to stay at work for over an hour because the courier, knowing that he wouldn't deliver the order on time, didn't even inform me. When I started to inquire about my order, I had to listen to excuses from the courier about someone being on vacation, and all sorts of other explanations... and at the end of the conversation, he informs me that he will be here in an hour.
