In this case, they should either provide the option to buy it with a dispenser (let the buyer choose), or the seller (in this case, the makeup artist) could have clearly stated that the dispenser needs to be purchased separately. I didn't see any information about this, otherwise I would have paid attention to it.

I received this dispenser, but it looks different than in the photo. It is made entirely of blue plastic, without the metallic part. I deducted a point because the product does not match the photo and no one warned about it.
