I have been using this mascara for many years and I am very satisfied. It lengthens and adds volume. The first couple of times, when you start using a new one, it can be a bit liquidy, but by the third use, everything is fine. It doesn't crumble or smudge.
The mascara is very bad. It feels like a complete fake of Loreal...the smell is like a counterfeit, as if it was bought in an underground passage. It doesn't do anything. This is the first time experiencing something like this. It doesn't leave any mascara or any kind of effect on the lashes.
It didn't suit me, caused an allergic reaction on my eyes, felt too watery to me, felt like I was painting with pigmented water.

Its biggest advantage is that it is easily removed with regular face cleansing gel, and that's it! The best mascara I have ever tried so far.
I bought this mascara a year ago and left an angry review because it constantly smeared on the upper lid and had to be wiped off. It noticeably crumbled. The mascara sat unused for a year, waiting for its moment, and after a year I decided not to use it again. Pros: the mascara did not dry out at all, it applies well. Cons: it still smears on the upper lid, does not add volume, and crumbles. Conclusion: the first impression was not deceiving!
