Oh, the effect is definitely great! I tried it as recommended in the comments, 1 to 1 with water, and I think that's right. Honestly, it burns a little, but I think that's how it should be since it's not water. Very pleasant and clean feeling afterwards. I recommend it. The only thing that disappoints me is that they didn't say how many milliliters should be poured into the cap... I poured 10 and added water until it reached 20 ml. That's enough for one rinse.
