The shampoo really adds volume, but a conditioner is a must. The ends become dry. Also, it has a pleasant fragrance afterwards.
I liked the shampoo. It gives volume to my thin hair. The hair looks well-groomed, like after a salon styling. But, like any professional shampoo, it is not for everyday use.
Average volume, not very convenient packaging for such a dense product. I give stars for the scent, lack of greasiness, and good cleansing function. With these characteristics, you can look for a more budget-friendly option.
I did not like it. It didn't suit my hair, it gets greasy quickly. I didn't notice any volumizing effect. The only plus is that it makes my hair shine nicely. The consistency of the shampoo is thick, it's hard to squeeze it out of the tube.
I ordered this shampoo together with the mask and conditioner. The mask really dries out my hair. But I additionally moisturize them with Loreal oil and vitamins, so it's okay. I am 100% satisfied with the shampoo and conditioner. Even my friends noticed the new shine in my hair. Regarding the previous comments about "itchy scalp". I noticed this myself for the past three months. But during that period, I was using a different shampoo, an Israeli one, which was also very good. I thought it was because of that shampoo that my scalp itched, so I bought CHI again. The itching only continued after the first wash, then it went away. Conclusion, what if the issue is not with the shampoo but with the water? Or other causes, but not the shampoo. Grateful to MakeUp for the fast and convenient delivery!
Worst shampoo ever!!!! Strangely enough, when I ordered it for the first time, it worked perfectly. It gave volume to my hair and made them less greasy, so I didn't have to wash them as often. BUT!!! What kind of hellish formula did I receive the second time?? After a month of use, I noticed that my scalp itches horribly after each application, and it doesn't stop!!! My hair becomes oily again after one day, and the ends of my hair are dried out, even though I used the same "wonderful" mask from the same series, which I will write a separate review about!!
Expensive shampoo and nothing special. It adds volume, but I feel like my hair gets greasier after using it. It didn't work for me.
The smell is simply amazing and it stays on the hair. Everyone loves it, especially men. I used it together with the conditioner from the same series. On the first day, my hair looked luxurious, smooth, and shiny. But on the second day, they became horribly frizzy (my friend had the same result - on the second day, the hair looks bad). Unfortunately, I didn't dare to try the full version with this drawback. But it's worth buying just for the smell alone.

Hair after shampoo is soft to the touch, elastic, with normal volume, like after other shampoos. If the hair is frizzy, this shampoo will not solve this problem. Look for a better option for fine hair.

In awe of the shampoo! The scent is divine and long-lasting, it cleans the hair excellently. My hair no longer gets greasy as quickly, I wash it every other day and for me, this is an achievement since I used to wash it daily. And on the second day, my hair looks good. Very satisfied. I purchased it together with the conditioner. My hair is natural, long, and lacking volume (by the way, it looks more voluminous after washing).
Great option. Hair stopped getting frizzy, gently cleanses, hair feels alive and more voluminous. I have tried different shampoos at different prices, but I will stick with this one.
