I didn't understand what's wrong with the mascara. I ordered the brown one, opened it, ran the brush over my lashes about 20 times - whether I was applying makeup or listening to the radio... zero effect, it doesn't color at all. It feels like they forgot to add the actual mascara to it. Either it has dried up to such an extent, or there is practically none in there.
This is not the first time I have bought Max Factor mascaras, the classic ones always color well, although they are not without their drawbacks. I once bought a chubby black waterproof mascara from Max Factor, it initially colored well but quickly went bad, but at least it was there...
But here, it's empty...
I read some advice online, added castor oil, and the mascara started coloring a little bit, but I still have to wiggle the brush to get rid of clumps, as if it's 4 years old.
Doesn't this batch undergo any kind of quality check before being sold? It's not suitable for use.
The most bomb mascara! I've bought it countless times. I bought it in Ukraine and in Poland, and then again on Make up. The quality is the same everywhere. I have deep-set eyes and all mascaras smudge, but not this one. Plus, I don't like silicone brushes, the brush here is the best, but it coats lashes amazingly and doesn't clump them together. You can go to sleep and in the morning you won't wake up looking like a panda. I've tried soooo many mascaras, from cheap to very expensive. I've settled on this one and I'm happy with it!!!
Personally, I think it's great! I have oily skin and nothing smudges or smears. I can shower and sleep with my makeup on. It can only be removed with a two-phase makeup remover. Excellent value for the price. I bought it to wear to work and it never let me down. I don't understand how it can smudge or come off for others. Maybe their product has expired or froze. So, 5 stars!
This mascara is absolutely useless, it doesn't make anything look colorful. Whether you apply it or not, the effect is the same.
I ordered for the first time. My impression is that it is very easy and comfortable to apply the mascara! The brush is very convenient and separates the lashes nicely. I'm glad that I found a good mascara. I haven't tested its waterproofness yet, but it removes easily with micellar water. I recommend it to those who want to have a natural look for their lashes.
I didn't know that mascara could be so bad. I bought a brown one for a natural makeup look - my eyelashes look worse with it than without it.
Probably there is no worse mascara... There can't be any talk about triple volume... Didn't like it at all...
I want to leave a review because opinions differ, we are all different and it's normal! I bought this mascara specifically to wear with a mask, as it's a common problem for us girls that regular mascaras simply smudge on the upper eyelid! This mascara handles its task perfectly. I have hooded eyelids, and the mascara doesn't smudge, it behaves excellently under snow, rain, and wind, and it lasts until the evening. I remove it with a waterproof makeup remover! I still don't understand why people expect the Basic mascara to give them the effect of "false lashes"?

I have been using it for 5 years. I am 100% satisfied. Whether it's the sea, rain, snow, or pool, I am confident that this mascara won't let me down. My lashes are normal, so I don't expect any super volume or lengthening, and it's not advertised in the product description. It slightly lengthens and combs my lashes nicely. I remove it with makeup remover milk (Green Expert). By the way, I also bought it here and I like that my lashes grow beautifully after using it.
I didn't buy it here. I needed a waterproof mascara because in winter, my lashes become wet from wearing masks and regular mascara smudges. I got this mascara because there was no other option in the store. Yes, indeed, this mascara doesn't provide any volume at all. The lashes look natural and are not fully coated. Of course, you can apply several layers of this mascara for a better effect, but still, it's weak. Moreover, applying multiple layers takes a lot of time. Overall, I didn't like this mascara. I belong to those women who want to not only change the color of their lashes but also make them thicker and voluminous. If I just wanted to change the color, I could have simply dyed my lashes at the salon, and it would be cheaper. Before this, I used a waterproof mascara from Catrice, which wasn't wow, but definitely better than this one as it provided some volume.

So I'm waiting for spring to stop buying waterproof mascaras and switch to the regular one that I've been using for a long time.

I love this mascara. It doesn't provide a lot of volume, BUT there's nothing that matches its waterproofness! It withstands swimming pools, the sea, and freezing temperatures - it doesn't crumble or smudge. It also leaves my lashes curled and perfectly styled, just like they were originally. To achieve volume and length, I simply apply it 2-3 times. The effect is amazing, and most importantly, I know it won't run under any circumstances. It's perfect for the current times: freezing temperatures plus breathing under a mask. And a special thanks to Makeup for the opportunity to have it delivered from the EU.
I bought this mascara for the first time and was disappointed, although for the price, I didn't expect much. It barely shows that my lashes are coated and I have to apply it a couple of times for any noticeable volume. The length is also lacking. However, my lashes do become slightly brighter, and I'm pleased that it doesn't clump or form lumps. There's another positive aspect, although it turned out to be a negative for me - I didn't read carefully, but it's actually waterproof and stays on well, without smudging or flaking. However, I prefer a regular mascara. I had to find another product to remove this mascara. I think I'll keep it for the summer, but for now, I'll find another one. 3 stars.
I have never bought a more disgusting mascara in my entire life. It simply colors the eyelashes and that's it. They don't lengthen or volumize, they look unkempt. It's hard to wash off, but smudges heavily when applied. I regret spending my money on it.

Took it elsewhere. The waterproof mascara is just amazing, but at the same time easily removed with Bielenda's two-phase micellar water. As for any visual improvement of the lashes, it's doubtful, well, it's visible that they are colored, and that's it.
I bought it in a different store because the brush in the photo seemed too small. But in the store, I saw a tester and took it. The brush is convenient and combs well! The waterproof quality is excellent, I washed it off with regular gel and the eyeshadow and eyeliner came off, but the mascara almost stayed the same. Even with a budget product like Garnier for removing waterproof makeup, it easily washes off and doesn't require pulling off the lashes. I apply it in 2 layers for volume, and the lashes are not stiff but elastic, which is great because it doesn't damage them. I really liked this mascara, I recommend it!

The mascara is truly waterproof and, to my pleasant surprise, did not leave any smudges on my upper eyelid by the evening (I have oily skin and regular mascara smudges within an hour). It did not run after washing my face, it stayed on my lashes. They did stick together slightly, but with a gentle brush stroke, they regained their original appearance. However, it did not pass the overnight test, as it smudged heavily. This may be because I sleep with my face on the pillow.
I have been using this mascara for many years. So far, I haven't found a better one for myself.
The mascara has a lengthening effect but does not add volume. It is so long-lasting that I don't bother washing it off and wait for it to come off on its own (my two face washes don't remove it). I got it to paint my eyes when it's snowing. It completely justified itself!

I really like this mascara! It is truly waterproof, doesn't crumble, and can only be removed with a special remover. It doesn't give much volume on the first application, but when applying a second coat, the lashes appear visibly thicker and darker. It doesn't cause any allergies, is very economical and has a pleasant texture. I have ordered it multiple times.

The mascara is amazing! I apply it when I go to hot yoga, where the temperature is 40 degrees and the humidity is 60-80%. I sweat like crazy, but the mascara stays in place, doesn't smudge, and easily comes off with waterproof makeup remover. My lashes look very natural with it, no clumps at all!
The mascara is good, it doesn't crumble! The only downside is that the brush is too thin. But I found a solution, I took a brush from a volumizing mascara and use it. I manage to achieve voluminous and beautiful lashes.
The only thing she justifies from the title is its water resistance, for sure. It doesn't provide volume, the brush is very thin and delicate, and the lashes look as if they were not even painted. Some people actually prefer this kind of mascara. It's great for the beach, for example. If it helps anyone, I sometimes apply it on top of another mascara for a waterproof effect.

This mascara is really not for everyday makeup... It won't give you voluminous lashes... But maybe in the summertime, when the beach season starts, it will be much more useful... But that's if you can find a use for it... And I definitely won't buy it again...
I bought this mascara not here, but it is probably the worst one I've had. I completely agree with Marinette, it simply dyes the lashes black, no effect, no volume, nothing. And the most important thing is that you can't remove it with anything, it only ruins the lashes.
