Place two cups (one for the oil phase and one for the water phase) into a water bath heated to 50-70 degrees Celsius. Mix the oil phase with the emulsifier until the emulsifier is completely dissolved. Once fully dissolved, gradually pour small portions into the water phase, stirring vigorously each time. After combining, transfer the mixture to a cold water bath, continuously stirring until the cream is completely cool. This will prevent the cream from separating later.
