I bought the shampoo and conditioner. I do not recommend it, it's a waste of money. After washing, my hair becomes very disobedient, dry, and tangled. It doesn't remove any yellowness at all. Out of all the shampoos and conditioners I have used, this one is the worst. :(
This shampoo is average, it cleanses well and you don't need to apply a mask afterwards - the hair is easy to comb and soft. However, it fails to fulfill its main task - it doesn't remove any yellowing at all. It's not worth the money.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner from this series for 5 months now (ordered twice), washing my hair every other day. The cool tone stays and there is no yellowing, so in my opinion, this shampoo is good and does its job. The scent is pleasant.
Cons:
1) After use, my hair feels like wet straw. They are not dry, but rather damp, and very fluffy and tangled (even when using conditioner). I bought an additional thermal protection oil from L'Oreal, which gave the desired effect - my hair became smooth, manageable, and loose. It wouldn't be great without the oil.
2) After 5 months, my hairdresser noticed that my hair is very dry, and it may be the effect of the shampoo. It could be a peculiar trait of my hair only, but I decided to buy the shampoo for colored hair from the same series (will alternate with the toning one) and the mask for colored hair to avoid further drying.
Bought this shampoo for the first time. It removes yellowing and gives a nice hair color. However, the condition of the hair the next day, to put it mildly, is not very good. The roots are very oily.
I really like this shampoo, it is violet in color, which initially confused me a bit, but having experience using blue hair masks, I tried the shampoo. I use it together with the conditioner and blondfire mask, and my hair is soft and without any yellow tones, but more of a wheat shade, rather than a colder tone that is achieved after using a special blue mask.
I didn't buy it here, but I have something to say. Excellent shampoo that really removes yellowing at the roots and makes hair beautifully doll-like white, without leaving any purple tones on the hair. It dries the hair, but not as much as most similar shampoos, it is very gentle. Hair becomes soft, shiny, and surprisingly, this product also adds volume to the hair. Overall, my impression of the shampoo (I will definitely buy it again) is that it is a salvation for very light blondes.

I liked this shampoo. It works well for warm light brown hair + highlights. After using it, it gives a light toning effect. It does dry out the hair a bit, so I use the conditioner from the same line along with coconut oil and heat cream.

I had weakened, thin hair, and after three uses, my hair broke off and in some places, the length doesn't exceed 5 centimeters! I think having broken hair is a tragedy for each of us!
