To enrich creams, masks, toners: 2-3 drops of oil per 5 g of the base. For massage: 4-7 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil. In the bath: 7-10 drops of oil, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/4-1/3 cup of milk, cream, a solution of sea or common salt). For rinsing: 3-5 drops of oil in 1 glass of water. In the inhaler: add 4-5 drops. In the aroma lamp: add 2-6 drops. Undiluted essential oil is applied to the warts several times a day. With brittle nails, it is applied to the nail surface for 20-30 minutes in the morning and evening for 1 week.

Nice smell. Like a lemon. I recommend it.
I really like the orange scent of this manufacturer, so without any negative thoughts, I bought myself the lemon. I love citrus scents, but this essential oil has a chemical smell of dishwashing liquid :) I do not recommend it.

The essential oils from the Aromatika company are of good quality for such a price. In this case, I bought the lemon one for hair (it stimulates dormant hair follicles). The best effect is achieved when applied after washing the hair, after half an hour.
Unfortunately, the smell is reminiscent of candy and beverage flavoring, it is even somewhat sweet, which lemon should not be. Although it does properly exfoliate the skin when added to the bath, as citrus should. What also surprised me unpleasantly is that the lemon and bergamot from this company have almost identical scents, as if they were mixed from the same bottle.
I use this oil in an aroma diffuser! The light lemon scent greatly increases productivity))))
Excellent oil for pigmentation spots. I add a drop to a small amount of cream and apply it only to problem areas at night. It took a couple of months for me to see results, but it's worth it. It lightens spots well. To avoid habituation, I alternate it with orange oil.
