Essential Oil "Spruce" Aromatika

How to use:

For massage - add 3-6 drops of spruce essential oil to 15 ml of base oil.

To enrich creams, tonics, gels - add 4-6 drops to 15 g of the base.

In an aroma lamp, add 3-7 drops of pure oil or 10-15 drops of its alcohol solution (10 drops of oil to 10 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol).

For hot inhalations, use 2-3 drops of oil.

For baths - add 4-7 drops, previously diluted in ¼ cup of emulsifier (milk, cream, serum, honey or salt solutions).
