Do not waste your money, the makeup does not wash off at all!!
It is claimed that the product removes waterproof cosmetics from the face and eyes. In reality, it doesn't remove anything at all, but rather leaves a kind of greasy film on the skin. I had to wash it off twice with Clinique's hydrophilic balm to get rid of this film and the makeup. I strongly advise against wasting money on this product. It is unlikely to even remove SPF without makeup.
