I'm used to traditional water-based cleansers, so at first I didn't understand this product. I applied it to my face, rubbed it in, rinsed it off, and then started using toner. I was unpleasantly surprised to see that all my makeup and dirt were still there. But then I changed my method of use: I first apply the product, then wipe it off with cotton pads, then wash my face with water, and finish with toner. And I really liked it this way. Yes, as mentioned below, the product is quite wasteful, as you need to apply a generous amount, but the results are great. The skin is soft, nourished, and does not require additional moisturization at night. In winter, it's especially great, as it cleanses without drying out the skin.

I didn't buy it here, but I want to share my impression. It doesn't remove makeup well, I've tried wiping it with a cotton pad and washing it off with water, but it moisturizes really well. There were no irritations or redness after using it, even though I'm allergic and react to almost all makeup removers. I will continue to use it after removing my makeup. However, the question of finding a makeup remover remains open.

I'm 58 years old, my skin is dry in some places, very dry in some places, prone to irritation, there is eczema and rosacea. This cream-gel worked great. I'm very satisfied with it. But I'm going to buy a cleansing gel at least 1-2 times a week, because I feel that after this cream-gel, the skin remains as if it hasn't been washed. Very cool! I have Couperose and a bit of rosacea. I've been using it for a week and I like the effect after washing. I rinse it off with water, as advised by a dermatologist, dab my face with a towel, and then apply cream. I will be able to evaluate the final result at least after a month. But for now - it's great!

This is something incredible :) I am very satisfied, it cleanses well, but what impressed me more are the positive changes in the condition of my skin - literally after a few days of use, my skin became like velvet, moisturized, the oily shine is less noticeable, and the skin around my eyes finally became firm and fine lines less visible. It is not an economical product, my skin requires applying it generously and it easily absorbs all residues, then I don't even feel like applying cream because the sensation is so pleasant. My skin is combination, sensitive, 34 years old.

I really like this product. It removes makeup, not waterproof, of course, but it dissolves regular cosmetics excellently, even better than micellar water. It doesn't sting my eyes at all (and I have sensitive eyes + wear contact lenses). After washing, there is a little bit of product left on the skin, it feels like a light moisturizing cream, very pleasant. You can even leave it on and just use it as a cream.
