I bought it for myself on Saint Nicholas Day last year.

It can be used as a solid Vaseline. If you have unpleasant sensations on your lips, you can use it to style your eyebrows.
I didn't buy it here, it came packaged in a blister, it looks nice and all... but the smell is so awful... there's nothing to compare it to, and the shine is just ordinary, white in color, transparent, nothing special, except for the horrible chemical smell.
