The smell is very pleasant and long-lasting. It leaves the skin smooth without drying it out.

The product does not contain sodium laureth sulfate, so it does not dry out the skin like other mass-market shower gels. Previously, I would have had to apply some lotion or cream after showering. I use this gel only with a washcloth, as it works even better that way, and there is no trace of clay left when rinsed off.
