As a first step, damp lash lines with a facial tissue to ensure they are dry and oil-free (this will help to extend the eyeliner’s shelf life). Draw a wing starting from the inner corner going outwards. Make sure that a brush goes along the lash line.

It lasted me for 2 weeks. Then it dried up and got clogged... disgusting.
Very good eyeliner for its price, I have been using it for over six months. It does dry out a little bit, but overall it draws well and has a very convenient tip. The eyeliner stays on throughout the day, but if you rub your eyes or accidentally touch them, it will definitely smudge.
Badly pigmented, I haven't even finished applying the eyeliner and part of it has already dried out. It also smudges throughout the day. Didn't like it. Thank you, Makeup, for the excellent service.
