I didn't like this eyeliner, it smudges, smears, and becomes sticky. The lasting power is average. Maybe it's not suitable for hooded eyelids. Previously, I had Lilo (Belarusian brand), which was 100 times better. Now, I want to try Artdeco.
Excellent eyeliner, convenient design and applicator, precise thin line, intense black color, even with my clumsy hands, the wings turned out beautifully))))
The only plus is a good brush, but otherwise it disappears in 2 hours and smears, I've never experienced anything like this with any cheap eyeliner before, it's terrible.
Horrible eyeliner!!! It smudges! Just a cheap marker that leaves marks all around the eyelid, in hot weather it sticks and leaves imprints (((

I tried this eyeliner, and here's what I can say about it: I rarely use it, my hand never reaches for it. Why? For me, the most important thing in an eyeliner is its staying power, and here it simply doesn't exist, at all. But it's convenient to use. However, it didn't work for me, it just lies in my makeup bag.
It only lasted for 2 uses. After that, it started drawing poorly, had gaps, the tip became dry and frayed.

I do not recommend it! I have oily skin, so it's generally difficult for me to use eye pencils, but this marker does not stay on at all. I applied the wings - decided to try it without a base for the first time (there won't be a second time): the wings smudged after 40 (!) minutes. Clear imprints on the eyelids. I erased the imprints - after another 30 minutes, it smudged again. The tips of the wings ran, the makeup looked terrible and messy.
Maybe it's easy to apply with this marker because the pigmentation is good and the marker tip is thin, but there is no point in it.

The eyeliner is good. It is easy to draw lines and doesn't smudge. It is no worse than Ardell and Physhin formula.
Let's start with the only plus of this eyeliner - the convenience of the marker. That's about it. As for the negatives, the eyeliner smudges off the eyelid within just 2 hours, it's not waterproof! Also, poor pigmentation.
