Good base. I have oily skin. The eyeshadow base holds well. Even in such heat, the eyeshadows stay in place.

It is priceless! Five stars. I am obsessed with the intense dark eyeshadows from Artdeco (No. 311 in black, purple, and dark blue). I only bought the Artdeco base and it instantly sets and wastes so much money. This base is a miracle! I applied it with a brush and gently blended it with my finger, it has a delicate transparent texture. The eyeshadows stay put all day. When the product and their foundation are of such high quality, why do people write such negative comments? (I am allergic) Their foundations have never caused any allergies for me. And when I do my makeup, I love layering black eyeshadow with purple eyeliner and mascara all day until night. Everything stays in place. They have created such a convenient and cool base for eyeshadows. I will definitely buy it. It's scary to think that it might disappear. It's worth every penny.
Unfortunately, it does not perform its function at all. The shadows fade after 2 hours.

And I compare everything to the Bourjois base, which has been discontinued... and this base is just terrible. I even feel like eyeshadows stay better without it. I went back to Artdeco, but while I was on maternity leave, this base went bad and light shadows are hardly visible on it.

I have read so many good reviews, this is my first base. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. It is hard to remove. It leaves a sticky residue, and the shadows crease even though I waited for it to dry. It doesn't really help with makeup. I do not recommend it.
