It is priceless! Five stars. I am obsessed with the intense dark eyeshadows from Artdeco (No. 311 in black, purple, and dark blue). I only bought the Artdeco base and it instantly sets and wastes so much money. This base is a miracle! I applied it with a brush and gently blended it with my finger, it has a delicate transparent texture. The eyeshadows stay put all day. When the product and their foundation are of such high quality, why do people write such negative comments? (I am allergic) Their foundations have never caused any allergies for me. And when I do my makeup, I love layering black eyeshadow with purple eyeliner and mascara all day until night. Everything stays in place. They have created such a convenient and cool base for eyeshadows. I will definitely buy it. It's scary to think that it might disappear. It's worth every penny.
Unfortunately, it does not perform its function at all. The shadows fade after 2 hours.

We would like the product to be simpler for the population, without any clumps. It should be applied in a thin layer and spread evenly on the eyelid. The lasting power is amazing; your eyeshadows won't smudge or disappear anywhere.
The primer is excellent, it sets without stickiness. Eyeshadows blend well on it. Although it applies in a thin layer and may seem like the coverage will be mediocre, it actually lasts on oily eyelids for up to 12 hours without creasing.

Possibly for dry skin. I don't know. I have oily skin. The foundation lasts for a couple of hours maximum. I wouldn't have bought it. But my Bourjois eye primer was out of stock. Now I'm waiting for Bourjois and will throw away this unsuccessful purchase.
The base is not suitable at all, the eyeshadows slide off, and by lunchtime they are already faded. I used to use a primer for eyelids from Bourjois, but I got this product because my usual one was out of stock. Definitely do not recommend.
