Montblanc Explorer Eau de Parfum is a fascinating story of adventure and battles for supremacy. The composition was created by talented perfumers Jordi Fernandez, Antoine Meisondier and Olivier Pechot. Each of them has their own favourites among aroma ingredients and each has contributed to the sound of a magical symphony called Explorer. The main perfume notes are taken from the Sourcing for Shared Value program, which supports the production of oils with ethical values. A deep woody-fougère fragrance is hidden in a luxurious cylindrical bottle in a leather case. The signature star emblem is hand-attached to each piece.

I really liked the smell, I want to constantly inhale it, and the longevity also pleasantly surprised me! (60 ml) I recommend it!

Yes, they used to be better before. Not long-lasting at all. It's getting worse and worse every year. Or maybe it's a very good fake. To make others notice the scent, you have to pour it on yourself. But the scent is nice, I like it. It's a pity that it's not long-lasting. I specifically buy the 30ml size because the 100ml is even worse.

I noticed that over the past 5-7 years, manufacturers intentionally lower the longevity of perfumes so that consumers would use them up more quickly and buy new ones. This is a fact. All the eau de toilette or perfumes that I have bought in recent years are significantly worse in terms of longevity compared to before. Because of this, many people think that the products sold are not original. The original ones, the later they are released, the worse their longevity will be, 100% guaranteed. Not to mention the change in formulation, which is also done without notification, so the same perfume from 2014 and 2020 can sound completely different. Unfortunately... these are the realities :(
Disappointed with this perfume, the scent turned out to be not long-lasting. It can only be noticed for a couple of hours, and then only if you sniff closely. The makeup consultant confirms that it is an original based on all visible codes, but there are still doubts. Such perfumes have been around for years, they have a very strong trail. Unfortunately...

For me, the men's water is pleasant smelling, I didn't feel anything specific or unpleasant, everyone will like it. In terms of longevity, it lasted for more than 8 hours for me. As for the sillage, it is noticeable within half a meter. But the scent is truly for mature men in my opinion.
Well, I never thought I would write this, but I experienced the same thing as other buyers of various perfumes. I tried a sample from a company that sells decants, and the scent was beautiful, long-lasting, with a good sillage. So, I decided to order a full bottle, at least 60ml, especially since the price was 966 UAH with shipping from the EU. And what happened in the end? The bottle arrived, but the scent was not the same. It had a musty smell, and the longevity was poor (although people around me could still smell it). The sillage lasted only half an hour (although, again, people around me could still smell it). However, I still give this fragrance 5 stars because I know how it should sound. Maybe my nose got used to it, or perhaps it performs better in colder weather (which is 100% true). And maybe, like others suggest, it needs some time to breathe after opening.
Good day! The smell is nice, interesting, and new, but the longevity could be better. Maybe the scent is more suitable for the winter period or it just blends so well that it's hardly noticeable. Although people around me say they can smell it well.
Scent 9/10, longevity is only about an hour. The most disappointing thing is that I bought a tester before purchasing the full bottle, and its longevity was at least half a day, if not longer. However, with the full bottle, after an hour, you can't even smell it on the body...

Although I haven't tried the original Aventus myself, I had the chance to smell something quite similar here. I really liked the scent.
I have been using this water for several months, and it is definitely worth its money. I also bought another alternative to Aventus - Armaf Club De Nuit Intense. I was very interested in how it would sound, and it has a sharper and possibly chemically and overly sweet scent, unlike Explorer, which has a more restrained scent that doesn't become overwhelming, and it's pleasant to smell on clothes the next day. I like that the scent is neither sweet nor sour. Based on my associations, it smells like dried hay with a cup of bergamot tea next to it.
Two years ago, I bought a 30ml bottle and really liked it. In the fall, I ordered a 60ml bottle from the EU, but it has no staying power. I am dissatisfied.

I have been a long-time owner of the much-discussed Creed Aventus. So, Explorer is probably the closest in similarity to its fragrance, and I can confirm that. That's what I really liked about it, the scent is amazing. I bought a tester before making the purchase, and then I bought a 100ml bottle and never regretted it.
Definitely, the price/quality ratio is top-notch!
But the scent is mature, not for teenagers. (I'm 43)

For the first time, I am disappointed with the scent I bought from MAKEUP. The scent is very monotonous, overpowering, and smells like cheap cologne. I would rate the scent 3 out of 5, but I deduct 1 point for the delivery - I had to wait over 10 days from the order.
It's just awesome, enticing, delicious, it stays on clothes for a couple of days, I recommend it! You definitely won't regret it, 100 out of 10.

Received the order quickly. Make up delivery works well, the courier in my region is super. In short, regarding the water itself, there is indeed a resemblance to Creed Aventus. Overall, the fragrance is not bad for its price, but it seems too intense to me. Not for everyday use. After it settles, it emits more wormwood than necessary. The girl sitting with me in the office liked it in principle, I don't feel the water on myself, so it suits me, but I won't buy it a second time. Make up - 5 out of 5, water - 4 out of 5 (for its price).
Excellent perfume! There is an ambiguous resemblance to Creed Aventus, but Montblanc Explorer is less refined, more dense, and saturated. Excellent longevity! The longevity of Creed Aventus doesn't even compare!
Montblanc Explorer has its own character, it is more accurate to say "a backbone," and that makes it 100% masculine.
As for the negatives, if it can even be called a negative, I want to mention only that you quickly become accustomed to it and there is a risk of overdosing, and it has a fairly loud sound!))

On me, it opens with a bitter, slightly dry and sour scent. Its longevity is quite decent, with a trail lasting around one to one and a half hours. I can't say it's chemical, in my humble opinion it's fine in that regard, but the fact that it's monotonous and can become tedious is 100% true. The fragrance is versatile, modern-sounding, complementary, and overall, I can recommend it as a blind purchase. I believe it will be liked by almost everyone.
First I got a miniature. Then 60ml. I don't hear it on myself, first sign of my perfume. I'll alternate with Legend, which I took without testing, according to reviews. For the cold season, it's just right. I didn't bother with batch code verification since the scent is from 2019. I advise to start with the miniature.
I'll say it right away, the scent is very much a matter of personal preference. Comparing it to Creed makes no sense at all. It doesn't even come close to Creed. Creed reveals itself on the skin with a very expensive bouquet. This fragrance is overly chemical. 10 out of 10 people will notice that you're using a counterfeit of Creed. Someone who has used Creed before will be very disappointed. The exact same scent can be found in cheap AX deodorants.
10/10. The scent sounds expensive! This is definitely the best alternative to Creed. It's perfect for the cool season. The sillage lasts for 5-6 hours. Awesome. The similarity to Creed Aventus is maximal. An inexperienced nose won't even be able to tell the difference. This is more of a scent for an adult audience.
