The brush is of good quality, applies flawlessly, and has a comfortable handle. Whether it picks up eyeshadow or not may also depend on the pigmentation of the shadows. From my experience, the shadows apply nicely.
Brush with synthetic bristles, the shape is very convenient. I already have 3 brushes of this shape and length from different manufacturers, but they are made of natural bristles, unlike this one. This brush doesn't pick up eyeshadow and it was a waste of money. I do not recommend it.
