My thick, very long hair is not able to be combed with this. Previously, I used a black, classic comb from the same brand - it did a much better job. This one, for some reason, doesn't help at all. I use it in the shower, combing my hair with conditioner, and it works better in those conditions.
It truly combs hair well, doesn't pull out hair. I think it's worth the money.
I only regret not buying it earlier. I have long curly hair, and it is a problem to comb it properly.

We bought it in November for 640. The brush is superb. I bought it for my daughter with long hair. It detangles in no time and smooths almost like a straightener. It is worth the money.

I used to use a comb with natural bristles before this. I thought it was great, but I wanted to try something smaller to carry with me. After reading all the reviews, I took a risk and oh, what a miracle. I don't know how this little thing does it, but it easily detangles my long (down to my shoulders), thin hair that constantly gets tangled. I thought it was time to trim the ends because it was getting difficult to comb, but it turns out I just needed to change the comb. By the way, for those who care, there is a hologram on the packaging confirming the authenticity of the product.
Keep in mind that she looks bigger in the picture, but in person she is much smaller.
Brush is quite good, it doesn't pull or static hair. It is convenient to wash, however water gets inside during washing and stays there. The bristles are quite soft but short, it may not be suitable for very long and thick hair.
