I really liked the brush, but I have to admit that this particular model tends to make the hair a bit static. In my case, I don't see a noticeable difference, but if this is a problem for you, I recommend getting the Original model. I have been using it for many years, and it has a slightly different material coating on the bristles that doesn't create static. P.S. I would like to express my gratitude for the overall service and especially to the courier, who always has a good and pleasant sense of humor, even in freezing cold or scorching heat. I hope MakeUp has some kind of premium program to acknowledge and reward their employees.

I ordered three combs - one for myself and two as gifts, and two of them had small cracks that I noticed during inspection. For me, it's not critical, but I think it's not normal, probably some kind of manufacturing defect.

I am a little shocked, I looked at the rating and decided to try it. And indeed, it electrifies the hair, although I am convinced that good brushes should not have such an effect. But that's not all, the feeling on the scalp is simply terrible, at least in my case. It's painful, it scratches the head a lot. And I just received it today(((

I haven't tried it on wet hair yet, it brushes dry hair well, like many other cheaper brushes (for example, ones with wooden bristles).

I recently bought this product, and it's the best comb in my life. It gently detangles and doesn't pull or break the hair. It also provides a pleasant scalp massage (although those with sensitive skin should be careful because the teeth are sharp). It works well for combing wet hair and distributing hair masks. As for static electricity after use, it's normal because the comb is made of high-quality plastic, and plastic combs always generate static electricity, even the high-quality ones. In my opinion, the price is justified for such quality. The only downside is that it cannot be used with a hairdryer. If you're looking for a comb to use with a hairdryer, then get the Janeke Superbrush.

Hair really becomes electrified, I didn't understand why exactly, I read reviews and realized that I have the same problem. However, this product combs hair so gently, hair doesn't fall out, and after combing, there are no clumps of hair to throw away.

I already had experience using these combs, and seeing a good deal at Maykap, I decided to update mine... After reading that some girls wrote that they are not soft, and some are hard, I hesitated to buy or not to buy... But still, I ordered them. After a week of use and comparing them with my old (similar models and definitely original), I can say that in Maykap they are really NOT soft, and time of use doesn't make them softer, they seem like originals... there is a hologram, code, and the box corresponds to the original, but the comb itself, the quality of the plastic is definitely not as soft as it should be(( I will have to buy a new one in a trusted place, even if it's more expensive. Another small downside is that for an order worth almost 500 UAH, they didn't include any samples. It's a small thing, of course, but it's not pleasant.

The comb is very convenient, high-quality, and beautiful. It's a pleasure to use it. I definitely recommend it!

After using this brush, my hair becomes insanely static. It didn't work for me!! If you're unsure if you need it, it's better not to buy it. It's not worth the money. The brush from Janeke is much better.

To everyone who is hesitating whether to buy it, definitely yes! It detangles hair very well, strand by strand, and also untangles wet hair without pulling. The plastic is of good quality. I used to use the Janeke Mini brush before, and it is perfect for blow-drying. If possible, it's better to have both.

The hairbrush is simply amazing, I have never used anything better. It combs the hair nicely, both when it's wet and dry.

I have straight, long, thick hair and this brush is decent, but the downside for me is that it cannot be used with a hairdryer.

Additionally, after a year of use, the handle somehow darkened, even though I take care of the brush properly by washing and drying it gently.

There is also the original Janeke brush, which I like more.

I bought this comb about 2 years ago. During this period, it has not deformed and looks like new. I have curly hair, so I only comb it when I wash it. It is perfect for this task - it combs out tangles superbly. My hair has stopped tangling. If you need a comb for the same task, do not hesitate to spend the money and buy it for yourself. You will be happy.

Cute and beautiful brush, I had a black one but my husband took it away. So I bought myself a pink one. I use this one and the Janeke Superbrush occasionally. So far everything is great.

I was very afraid that this brush would not suit me, but it turned out to be even better than I expected. It combs the hair nicely and gently, if you comb it slowly and gradually (as you should), there is almost no hair left on the brush, which is a miracle for me. It combs wet hair fairly well. I also use it with a hairdryer, it causes a little static, but it's not a problem for me because it also straightens my hair well with the hairdryer. I haven't been using it for long, so for now, I am very satisfied and do not see any downsides.

Terrible brush of poor quality. Cheap plastic that tears hair, very stiff. I ordered it in a delicate pink color, but the color and design do not match the picture on the website, it looks childish and cheap. A waste of money, the product is not worth its price.

It's important to moisten the hair well with water, maybe add a little leave-in conditioner, and comb the hair with your fingers first. If the hair is very tangled, add more water or conditioner to untangle it, and then comb it with the comb, starting from the ends and working your way up.
