Dust-Free Bleaching Powder for Highlights. Perfect for achieving a high level of decolorization, lightening up to 9 shades. The product is suitable for highlighting, lightening, or bleaching hair.
How to use: mix the powder with the required amount of hydrogen peroxide emulsion (not included - to be purchased separately) at 6%, 9%, or 12% depending on the desired level of lightening. Slowly mix (in a ratio of 1 part powder to 2 parts peroxide) in a non-metallic bowl until a creamy, homogeneous mixture is obtained, which is then applied to the hair using the selected highlighting technique.
