I bought two shades, 120 and 125. It's not a bad foundation, BUT I kindly ask the seller to provide accurate information about the product, specifically the country of manufacture. The description stated that the manufacturer is from the United Kingdom, but the product I received was made in Ukraine. Please differentiate between products from the EU and those in stock. I did not expect to buy a product made in Ukraine at this price. The product itself is almost identical to the original.
I ordered it in Germany in April, thinking that I had found my perfect shade. It covered acne well and was dense.
I ordered it in Ukraine. It's exactly the same: "Elephant Bone" 115. It's darker and more liquid. I am disappointed... It's completely different.
This foundation was my love. I always used shades 120 and 125. I would combine the two creams. But when I ordered from Makeup last time, I was completely disappointed. The foundation in shade 120 supposedly came from the EU, but I don't know if it's some kind of counterfeit made who knows where, or if the cream has been ruined to this extent. In terms of consistency, it is thinner than before, applies in a thin layer, does not hide imperfections, and the shade is completely different from what it was. I am very disappointed, I will not order it anymore.
Very decent product, quite long-lasting for its price, it doesn't crumble and doesn't look like a dried matte mask. I'm buying it for the second time, shade 110 for fair skin. Previously, I used Lancome, Erborian, and Estee Lauder, which will be reserved for special occasions.
I will add one more photo.
This tone, that was love. It gave a semi-matte coverage, which was very good for my combo skin. And the smell, that was just amazing) but this order (The previous bottle had a neutral shade which suited me perfectly. And now, it's just terrible. Such a feeling, like I ordered a pink color. It doesn't suit anything. Again, goods and money in the trash. I'm attaching photos. I won't order here anymore. Disappointed with the site (The dark color is the one I ordered now. The light one is the previous bottle.
Until now, I have been using Oriflame Giordani and The One, but today I decided to save money and bought this foundation at a cosmetics store. The test application on my hand went well, the matte shade is perfect for summer, I thought, and the consultant assured me that it keeps the skin hydrated all day. However, when I applied it to my face, I was disappointed. Every fine line and wrinkle became three times deeper and more pronounced. Additionally, I have to blend the cream throughout the day because it tends to settle into deeper wrinkles. It doesn't show on my hand, but it really dries out my face and makes flakiness very visible. So, applying it after a scrub or peel is a disaster. In short, I do not recommend using it after the age of 40, maybe it's suitable for very oily under-eye skin. I'm giving it one star for the brand and another star for the nice packaging.
I have combination skin, leaning towards oily, with enlarged pores in the T-zone. Previously, I used the BB cream and Healthy Mix Serum from the same brand. The coverage of this foundation is medium, with a matte finish. Sometimes I even use it in two layers as a concealer. I didn't like that this cream accentuates the texture of the skin, making every flake very noticeable. Additionally, this cream dries out the skin throughout the day. For now, the BB cream from Bourjois is a favorite for me.
Shades - my favorite, I buy it for the ginger shade and mix it with the Korean one. It emphasizes all the dryness and age changes.
I am usually not very picky, but I will give it a 3. And that's only because of the somewhat decent lasting power (nowhere near the 24 hours the manufacturer claims) and the same level of coverage. It doesn't blend well even with a damp sponge, the scent is awful. It didn't work well with my combination skin.
After trying almost all luxury brands, I settled on Bourjois - I really like their foundation! The first and most important thing is the yellowish-peachy undertone, which is rarely found in this price range. This tone suits me, as the piggy pink tone is not my thing. I have combination skin without any visible flaws. The texture is medium and it hides imperfections quite decently. It works for me as a foundation for the entire face as well as for applying exclusively in the T-zone. It doesn't clog pores, oxidize, or slide off in patches, and it holds up well throughout the day. The texture is pleasant, leaving a velvety finish, and it blends and spreads well without a mask-like effect. I would prefer a slightly more moisturizing effect, but overall I am quite satisfied with the result. It has a pleasant scent and comes in a standard bottle. I got the 400 shade and it matches perfectly. Considering the price, it is a very successful purchase and offers a good price-quality ratio. I tried the Guerlain shine control ultra mattifying primer with this foundation, but to my surprise, the Healthy Mix foundation from Bourjois suited me much better. I really liked the foundation, but everyone's experience may vary, so I recommend testing it first before buying.
I like the base. It's good for combo skin if you set it with powder. On the photos 310 and 410.
Mixed feelings... On one hand, it has good staying power and truly mattifies. It has medium coverage (I don't like products that are too heavy), evens out the skin tone, and covers minor imperfections. However, it doesn't conceal pigmentation spots and post-acne marks. It doesn't transfer onto the phone and doesn't feel like a mask. On the other hand, the texture is a bit too thick for my liking. I prefer more fluid products as I apply them with a damp sponge. This product is more difficult to blend compared to the Helsi Mix foundation. The coverage is not completely matte, but it feels somewhat dry and accentuates smile lines. My skin feels slightly dehydrated, even though I moisturize it well before applying foundation. It seems like it takes away moisture from my skin. Over time, this effect smoothes out, but I have to endure it, and I want comfort right away. The shade also didn't match well for me. I use Helsi Mix in shade 51 during winter and 52 in summer. This summer, I barely got a tan, but shade 125 turned out to be too light. I think it should be fine by the end of winter. For now, I have to darken it a bit, and I do that using shade 52 of the Bourjois 123 Perfect CC. Overall, this foundation will find its fans, but I probably won't repurchase it.
I bought it not here, 125 tone. My face is very problematic, in summer oily skin, large brown freckles and they are all over the face, there is no free area on the face. Therefore, it is very difficult to choose the tone of the toner, because the face is brown in summer and the hands are light at the wrist. Here is your first impression of this tone. It is applied easily and quickly, despite its light texture, its covering ability is very good. Photo after application.
I have sensitive, combination skin, but it doesn't get very oily in the T-zone. I have bought this foundation for the 4th or 5th time already. Out of all the budget options I have tried, this one is the best for me. It stays on the skin well, applies nicely (I use a brush), can be layered, doesn't sink into wrinkles. However, if I don't moisturize my skin before applying, it will start to look bad after a few hours, although that happens with all foundations for me. In short, this cream is great.
110 and 125 with a pink undertone. Bourgeoisie astonishes me, how can they make vanilla and light beige colors pink? Judging by the names of the other tones, I understand that this whole range is for piglets. Disappointed!
Good everyday foundation, doesn't sink into pores, doesn't accentuate wrinkles, not heavy, no mask effect. Suitable for dry skin, but needs toner or primer. I apply it with a sponge.
I saw it in a nearby store and decided to order it. The price is lower than in the store. Delivery took 3 days, everything is great)
I have been using Bourjois foundations for over 4 years now. I decided to try this one because many bloggers recommended it. I chose shade 110 after a long deliberation, as I couldn't figure out which one (110 or 120) would be closer to my standard shade 51 in other options.
Overall, for some reason, it gives off a pinkish tint on me, even though everyone writes about its yellow undertone (please note that Bourjois is one of the few companies in the mass market that makes foundations for yellow or olive-toned skin, so the angry comments about this are very strange).
Everything else, such as longevity, scent, ease of application, wear time, and oxidation, rates a 4 out of 5. It's good, but not more than that.
The fragrance is not very good. It has a yellowish undertone, distributes evenly, and has average coverage. Overall, it is not a bad shade.
Thank you for the fast delivery, I purchased 110.
Good foundation cream. I like many of the Bourjois products and this one as well. I'm not sure if there is a big difference with the Bourjois one that costs around 150 hryvnia but this product seems to be lighter in color, even though I got the lightest shades there (51) and here. It will hide small imperfections but not redness or freckles, and absolutely not acne!
