Mattifying Fluid for Oily & Combination Skin Weleda Naturally Clear Mattierendes Fluid

I have oily, problematic skin and in the summer, shine appears half an hour after washing my face. I have tried all the products from the Weleda Naturally Clear line: the cleansing gel worked perfectly for me; the fluid mattifies quite well; the spot treatment only dries out small and occasional breakouts; the concealer has weak coverage, there are better options available.

Now, about the fluid.

Scent: it smells the same as the other products in this line, with a slight alcohol scent at first, but it quickly dissipates.

Application: I take a pea-sized amount of the cream and only apply it to my T-zone, often on damp skin after washing my face, as it spreads better that way.

Effect: it doesn't feel heavy on the skin, there is no film-like effect, the skin feels pleasant to the touch and matte, the effect lasts for 2-3 hours (which is good for me). About 15 minutes after applying the fluid, I apply Avene BB cream - it doesn't cause any rolling. Only once did it start to roll on my cheeks, but that was because I applied more cream than necessary.

Regarding the effect, it is important to note that I use the fluid after washing my face with the Weleda gel from the same line. And this gel is the only gel from all the dermatological brands that makes my skin less oily. I would say that the mattifying fluid simply prolongs the effect of this incredible gel.

Would I buy it again? Maybe, because it's Weleda and it works well for my problematic skin.

I liked it. It mattifies well, and you really only need a very small amount. The only "but" is that I can't apply BB cream on top of it. I read that many people have encountered a similar problem. This problem disappears when using a primer, but still not perfectly, so I deducted one star. It's best to use it on "weekend" skin days when you're not using foundation.

This is simply the WORST cream out of all the ones I have ever had. It immediately has a strong smell of alcohol and it tightens the skin a lot (even though my skin is oily and I never had this problem before). And it leaves a film on the face. It is impossible to apply foundation on top of it. It looks as if you have glued your face and then applied foundation on it. Even when I tried to remove the makeup with a hydrophilic oil, the products did not dissolve but instead formed clumps, as if I was doing a mask-roller! In short, I should have believed the bad reviews.

I have oily skin, so I bought this fluid for the summer. I really like how it absorbs instantly. Based on the representative's advice, I started applying it on slightly damp skin or on thermal water. It applies perfectly and after some time, I can apply powder without it rolling off.

Rather gel-like texture. Absorbs quickly. Has a pronounced alcohol scent.

I don't understand why it rolls off for many people. Apply less and use a toner or serum, and you will get more hydration because the fluid itself doesn't provide much moisture. The smell is definitely scary, but it fades away, although it may cause problems for those sensitive to smells.

I didn't buy it here. The cream doesn't do anything despite being expensive. It doesn't moisturize or heal, and it completely flakes off. I can't say anything about the spot treatment in this series either, as it doesn't really have any effect. However, the face wash is not bad.

I like the fluid. I didn't notice any pore tightening, but it mattifies wonderfully. It suits my combination skin for the warm season, I have no complaints.

It's terrible how it's going downhill.

I bought the cream and the face wash from this series. I really like how my face looks now. The cream suits me, it has a mattifying effect, tightens pores, and nothing slides off my face! Although I apply foundation, everyone is satisfied except for the scent, so 4 stars.
