I purchased this product from your store with courier delivery. The item arrived already unpacked, without the factory film and seal (like in normal branded stores, where I previously bought this product). It's a shame that I noticed this at home after unpacking the cardboard box from the delivery service. I hope this is not a cheap counterfeit at all.
