Not convenient.
I bought two black sleep masks. Tried them with my husband and liked them. I put them on in the morning as soon as I start feeling the light, even though we have curtains. I lower the elastic band down to the back of my neck so that I don't feel it at all, and it's even more comfortable that way. The mask fits tightly but doesn't press on the eyes. I recommend it to light-sensitive people for a comfortable sleep.
I did not expect such a great mask for this price. It doesn't press anywhere, completely covers the field of vision, and even in room lighting, there is hardly any visible light. It doesn't feel hot.

The mask is cool, pleasant, and comfortable. The only downsides are that the elastic band is slightly too big and the nose area might be uncomfortable if you have a small face.
The mask has a too small nose cutout or too short petals for the eyes: when the mask starts to press against it, it still doesn't cover the eyes and light gets through the resulting gap.
It's better to go with the regular "classic" one. There, this problem is solved with additional cushions under the eyes, plus the headband is adjustable.
