Hair buns have become trendy quite quickly, so it seems like they’ve been popular for a long time now. On the one hand, this should not come as a surprise, as such a hairstyle can be perfectly suitable for any occasion. A special hair clip from the popular brand Invisibobble allows to do the hair buns within a short period of time. It securely fixes the hair, without not wringing it, making it easy to quickly undo the buns if necessary.
Benefits of Invisibobble Bunstar Ice Ice Lady:
- does not pull out hair and causes discomfort;
- does not slip off the hair due to a matte surface;
- does not have sharp edges, fixing curls as carefully as possible;
- easy to scroll;
- does not injure the scalp;
- made from a unique non-metallic material;
- size: diameter - 5 cm. -
1. Gather hair into a ponytail.
2. Then twist the hair.
3. Place a clip parallel to the head, so that the teeth are pointed towards the bun.
4. Rotate the Bunstar clockwise until the bun is securely fixed.
5. Congrats! Job well-done. You’ve got a wonderful bun.

Total disappointment. The hair is slightly below the shoulder blades, of medium thickness, slightly wavy. Bought it, tried it, abandoned it. After some time, decided to give it a second chance, twisted it about 20 times - without any result. It's worth shaking your head - everything falls apart.
This is simply the best tattoo in the world! I'm glad I bought extra, fearing it would be out of stock someday (like now))). But I still need more! So I'm looking forward to a restock.
I really liked it. I "made friends" with the hairpin on the very first day, although not on the first try. It seems like no one recommended anything similar, maybe my method will work for someone: I push a large lower twist under the actual bun, twisting it almost near the scalp, and the smaller (upper) one goes into the bun and holds it. This way, nothing sticks out and it stays securely all day at home (while twisting my hair to one side and twisting the hairpin in the opposite direction, as instructed). I don't know how, but it works on my long straight hair of medium thickness, even though I usually can't get any hairstyles to hold properly. It doesn't pull or break my hair, my head doesn't hurt, it's simply amazing. If only it would stay in place overnight, but that's already in the realm of fantasy))
"My hair doesn't hold."
Money wasted. I have thin hair and it doesn't even hold my hair. Don't waste your money on this thing. You can make a better bun with a regular hair tie. What the manufacturers were thinking is unclear...
Unfortunately, it does not hold my hair((
It is not suitable for long thick hair, it does not hold anything at all, no matter how you twist it - clockwise, counterclockwise, it doesn't matter, even two at the same time. Money wasted.
After trying these hair clips, I couldn't give them up at all. At first, it seems impossible to twist something with them, but after figuring out how to do it correctly, you realize it's love.
I have long and thin hair. I wear this clip at home, sleep with it, and use it to pin my hair when I need to go far. It's very convenient with it.
I lost my first ones, so I ordered them again. I highly recommend trying them.
Favorite hairpin! The most comfortable. Order 2 packs right away.
It took me a while to become friends with them, and sometimes I still struggle to get it right on the first try, but I really liked these hairpins. I have thin blond hair that reaches my shoulders, and I can make two buns with them.
Even with just one hairpin and some twists, I can secure one bun. I liked that when using these hairpins, there is not as much tension as with hair ties, and my hair roots don't hurt (I have very sensitive skin in that area and can't wear hairstyles for long).
To ensure the buns come out nicely, I recommend checking the instructions online or following this tip: when making a ponytail for the bun, twist it into a spiral twist instead of just wrapping the ponytail around (as there is a high chance it won't work). Then, when the twist is secured, insert the sharp end inside the bun and twist it (it will look like Eliza F's bun at the bottom).
If it were possible to rate it "zero," I would.
For a child's three hairs, it might be suitable.
If you throw away these 135 UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia) out the window, the effect will be the same.
I really like these hairpins. I can wear them all day without feeling any pulling or pain on my scalp, and they don't damage my hair. I have very long hair and I can even create a hairstyle using just one hairpin.
The photos to the previous review were simply wonderful!
Hello, I just received this amazing hairpin))) I read reviews and was afraid to buy it, but no, everything is perfect. I made a bun on my first try. Everything is just as described, I tightly twisted my hair and secured it with the hairpin, and it holds everything in place without pulling my hair. My hair is not thick, it's straight and reaches my shoulder blades.
Hair length to the shoulder blades, not very thick, the hairpin does not hold well enough. I couldn't get used to it to feel comfortable, constantly feeling like the hairstyle is about to fall apart (although I don't like tight buns).
So in my case, my fears based on other reviews came true. Although I hoped that I would be able to get along with this hairpin. I took a risk, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I won't wear hairpins.
I have smooth, uncolored hair. They reach my waist, and I was able to make a bun right away. I read comments saying that girls couldn't style their hair with this product, so I was worried. But it worked perfectly on the first try. It doesn't feel tight and holds well. I won't be making ponytails with an elastic band anymore.
I just got these hairpins (there are two of them in the package) and I haven't figured out how to use them yet. The bun isn't very pretty but it holds. It doesn't pull my hair too much and I don't feel it. But I definitely need to practice how to use them properly with my hair.)
I bought this hairpin a few months ago. I've tried to twist my hair into a bun a hundred times already, but it just doesn't work. I've also watched tutorials on YouTube. Unfortunately.
Bought it a year ago for my daughter. The hair is natural, thick, and wavy. It was long enough to not need a hair clip. Now it has reached shoulder length - everything falls out, the hair clip just slips off. It is suitable for thin, weak hair, like mine :)
Interesting toy, the bundle turned out right away. But it's not worth its money (bought for 151 UAH)...
I recommend buying it for 70-100 UAH instead.
Great thing! The hairpin holds very long hair all day. The main thing is to learn how to fix it. You need to feel the hairstyle and intuitively twist it correctly. It started to work perfectly after 3-4 attempts. Before that, everything fell and did not hold.
There are 2 hairpins in the package. But 1 is enough for a bun made of long hair.
Doesn't hold anything. Completely useless item. Disappointed.
Interesting thing. I have thin, medium-length hair, so the hairpin sticks out a bit. Currently, I only use it for home hairstyles, I haven't gotten used to creating "beauty" yet. It doesn't break or pull my hair anywhere and doesn't cause any discomfort.
Cool thing!
Although for now, I can only create tight curls, but I will learn how to make more voluminous ones :)
Did not like it, too much dancing around, and my thick hair lacks hold. With the same brand's hair ties, it is easier for me to make a bun, and it looks better visually and holds longer. The only plus is that it is not noticeable in the hair if properly fixed, which I manage to do only occasionally.
Excellent hair clips, two pieces come in the set.
Interesting device. It is suitable for home hairstyles, it holds for hours if it is well secured initially. You need to get used to it, it works for me intermittently, but my hair is waist length and smooth, so it is not easy to make hairstyles on them.
This hairpin works, you can create a bun, it's quite reliable (not for sports), it's a matter of skill and time. However, it all depends on the length and density of the hair. The girl in the photo instructions has fairly decent hair, and the result is accordingly good. My hair reaches my shoulder blades and has a straight cut (grown-out elongated bob). The length of the tail on the crown is approximately 45 cm, and I was able to make a bun immediately. On the back of my head, the length of the tail is about 35 cm, and it doesn't work at all. I didn't immediately understand what was wrong - I tried it this way and that way, but the tip wouldn't stay in place, and the bun would unravel immediately. It was only after a week that I realized I should measure the length of my hair. Also, my hair is quite poor - thin and sparse, so the bun looks pretty bad, and the hairpin sticks out a lot. I think the manufacturer should have emphasized these nuances.
Hair does not break. That's the only positive thing about it. It holds up for exactly thirty seconds. I only use it to support my hair in the bathroom. The price is very high for this purpose.
This is just love! It has become irreplaceable for me! But keep in mind that this hairpin is not for wedding hairstyles, but just for gathering the hair so that it doesn't bother or hurt the head from those rubber bands. I use it at home just to put my hair up in a bun. I managed to pin it with it on the first try, just like with a rubber band, but twisting the hairpin is very easy. But for those who are worried, there is a detailed instruction with pictures in the package. But! Girls, what a joy when your hair is up all day, but they don't pull, tangle, or hurt your scalp! It holds the hair so gently and securely, it's amazing! But, I repeat, the bun might not be perfectly neat and slightly messy, but personally I don't need anything else! It doesn't break or tangle the hair (it's just impossible), in general, I am once again convinced of the awesomeness of this brand! I am truly a fan! I will definitely buy more of these hairpins for myself, so that they are in every corner and in every bag. By the way, there are 2 pieces in the package, which is also cool.
