To begin, you need to degrease your eyelids so that the lashes adhere firmly. Use makeup remover to cleanse your eyes. The lashes may be too wide for your eyes, so it's important to fit them first. Use tweezers to hold the lashes and place them as close to your natural lash line as possible. Trim them if they are too wide or significantly longer than your natural lashes. Squeeze a small strip of glue onto your palm and drag the lash strip through it. Wait a few seconds for the glue to thicken. Hold the lashes in the middle with tweezers and place them close to your natural lash line. Begin pressing the false lashes from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner, holding the lash tips with your fingers. Use a toothpick to press along the base for better adhesion. Line the upper eyelid along the lash line with eyeliner or a black pencil, slightly extending beyond the movable eyelid. This technique will help conceal minor imperfections (such as glue residue).
